All fonts and files available for purchase and download from the FONTPLAN website (fontplan.com) are copyright and intellectual property of FONTPLAN and its owner Spots France Sarl and its designers, or where and if mentioned, that of its partners and/or their designers.

STANDARD DESKTOP LICENSE AGREEMENT
==========================================

1. Font Licenses and Users

You may install and use a licensed font or fonts only on the maximum number of computers and/or for the maximum number of users granted by, and in accordance with, the required number of licenses, and as stated on your order confirmation or invoice.

2. Usage of the licensed font(s)

A font license grants you the right to use a font for the production of materials containing texts for print and/or for digital representation (e.g. embedded in Pdf documents, on images etc).

Any and all other usage is not permitted, including but not limited to modifying, copying, lending (see below) or selling a font to a third party.

You may only lend a licensed font or fonts to a third party that is working for you or on your behalf, such as a printer or graphic designer, but only for the duration of the period required for the job, after which they must be deleted.

You may make a back-up copy of the licensed font(s). In case of termination of this agreement, you must destroy the original and all its copies.

// Note: You may not embed a (Desktop) licensed font on websites, in apps or into any software or hardware. Please contact FONTPLAN for further information about licenses for other formats and usages.

3. Warranty

Any issue related to a purchased font or fonts must be reported within 30 days.

You may be required to provide us with detailed information regarding your license (e.g. order number etc).

Depending on the case, you may be offered a replacement or an updated version of a font or fonts, within a reasonable timeframe, or by the time of the next planned revision or update, if any.

A refund will only be considered if a font or file does not perform in accordance with its specifications, and only in case a replacement (file) or updated version does not resolve the issue. A refund shall under any circumstance be limited to the license fee that you paid at the date and time of purchase of the font(s) in question.

4. Limitation of liability

A font file must be properly placed (installed) in the correct font folder on your computer in order to work correctly. In no event will you be refunded, nor will we be liable for any loss or damage arising from, or in connection with the use of a font file or files purchased and downloaded from the FONTPLAN website.

5. Termination of this agreement

This agreement is effective until terminated. Should you fail to comply in part or in whole with this agreement, it will terminate automatically and without notice. Upon termination, you must delete the licensed font(s) and all copies of licensed font(s).

By downloading, installing and using the licensed font(s), you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

This License Agreement is subject to French law.
