Business to Business

On the PIKTAPLAN website you have the possibility to purchase products such as images and fonts.

Purchases of products on PIKTAPLAN are permitted to businesses with a registered company number (VAT number), and persons 18 years or older, acting on behalf of a registered company. You are required to submit this information on the Checkout page.

Except for businesses in France, the VAT will be removed on the Checkout page (provided you have entered a VAT number).

Please contact us if you do not have a registered company or VAT number.

About the assets

All assets have been quality checked prior to release and are sold “as is”.

Currently, (photo) assets are available in the JPEG (JPG) format, at medium and large sizes.

Download period and availability

An asset is available for download from your account’s download page for a period of 365 days, counting from the day of purchase.

You are advised to make a back-up copy of the purchased asset(s).

Warranty

Any issue related to an asset (photo) must be reported within 7 days of purchase.

You may be required to provide us with detailed information (e.g. order number, screenshots etc).

A refund will only be considered if a dowloaded asset is faulty in any way, or that it does not perform in accordance with the specification on the asset page or the file’s industry standard, and only in case a replacement (file) or updated version does not resolve the issue. 

Issues related to an asset’s status (e.g. Editorial) must be reported to us as soon as possible. In case of an unforeseen change of status, you may be contacted by us and refunded if this in any way hinders further usage of the asset.

A refund shall under any circumstance be limited to the license fee that you paid at the date and time of purchase of the image(s) in question.

Limitation of Liability

The buyer must consent to the license and terms of use of an asset (photo, font etc) and is therefore responsible for the general usage of an asset, within the scope of, and as outlined in the license.

Font files must be properly placed (installed) in the correct font folder on your computer in order to work correctly.

In no event will you be refunded, nor will we be liable for any loss or damage arising from, or in connection with any usage, whether out of context, or wrongfully, technically or otherwise, of a photo, image or font file or files purchased and downloaded from this website.

Payment

Any issue directly related to the payment process or your choice of payment e.g. your card, card company, bank, or any and all charges related to their services to you, must be addressed directly to the provider. Under no circumstances will we be held responsible, nor will you be refunded by PIKTAPLAN, for issues related to your choice of payment or payment method, as outlined here above.

The above Terms of Sale are subject to French law.
